Do you provide remote server management capabilities? Please list functions provided.

YMS utilizes Microsoft Health Monitor to monitor and maintain the EMR environment. Health Monitor monitors the health of computers running Windows OS and by performing basic fault detection, performance monitoring, event notification, and automatic action taking.

Describe how system data is recovered after a system (hard drive) failure. E.g. to the point of failure, last backup, or other.

The data will be on a 4 hard drive configuration utilizing Raid 5 to manage the hard drives and minimize operational impact in the event of a hard drive failure. Raid 5 configuration allows you to continue working even if one drive fails. The 4th drive in the array is a hot swap spare that can quickly replace the failed drive.

Do you provide tools to manage the availability of EMR systems? Describe functions.

Windows server and Microsoft SQL Server provide many tools to ensure the EMR is online
