Effective January 29, technical support for Health Report Manager (HRM) will be provided through the OntarioMD Service Desk.
HRM users should contact the OntarioMD Service Desk for any issues or technical inquiries. eHealth Ontario will no longer be providing support for HRM and will advise clinicians to contact the OntarioMD Service Desk.
OntarioMD aims to continuously enhance the physician experience with HRM. As part of ongoing improvements, we are making changes to how users get support for any HRM requests or issues. As part of this change, support for HRM will be improved by:
- Reducing the number of contact points during service ticket resolution
- Providing quicker response and resolution times to service tickets
- Keeping physicians informed of ticket status
When contacting the OntarioMD Service Desk, please have the following information prepared:
- Your name and contact information
- Clinic location (full mailing address)
- Preferred method of contact
- Description of your inquiry, and any steps already taken
If your request pertains to a specific report and you would like to provide report details, please remember that OntarioMD does not require disclosure of Personal Health Information (PHI), but relies on the following non-PHI data elements:
* report date/time stamps
* order #
* report #
* provider recipient(s)
* Message Control IDs
