Describe how system data is recovered after a system (hard drive) failure. E.g. to the point of failure, last backup, or other.

User subscription service includes full-featured "Hot Standby" server in secondary data centre location. Hot Standby server is always available to the client, and can be promoted to operational status on demand, if required. Hot Standby supports complete functionality of the primary operation server.

Indivica's proactive network management solution monitors all systems in our two data centres and the critical infrastructure in your clinic in real time. As faults are detected, our services team is dispatched to resolve the problems. This solution is transparent to users, and is provided by Indivica.
