EMR Funding Update

Funding for the EMR Adoption Program ends on March 31, 2015. OntarioMD is currently in discussions with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care about a program to follow the current agreement with eHealth Ontario.

In recognition of the gap in defining a new program in the expected transfer from eHealth Ontario to the ministry, OntarioMD has secured funding from eHealth Ontario for physicians who are enrolled in the EMR Enhanced Use Program for 60 days. Funding under the current terms and conditions will now end on May 31, 2015.
