Try Our New Secure Services Password Self-Reset Process

If your Secure Services password has expired or you have forgotten it, you no longer need to call OntarioMD Support for a password reset.

Simply click the "Forgot your Secure Services Password" link when accessing secure services and follow the instructions.

Please note that the feature works only if you have provided a valid email address in your profile and have set up your personal security questions.

  • To update your email address, log on to OntarioMD.ca, click Account Management and update your Contact Email.
  • To update your personal security questions, log on to OntarioMD.ca, click Account Management and then Manage Secure Services. Select the Change Security Questions & Answers option to update your questions.
